Insight

Norwich ended a six-game winless streak with a victory over Stoke at the weekend, but any respite could be short-lived as Wednesday visitors Queens Park Rangers are able to put the Canaries back in the quagmire .

The Hoops sit two points above Norwich in the standings and have a big prize to claim the spoils at Carrow Road.

Michael Beale’s men have a good record of reacting to setbacks, such as Friday’s loss to Birmingham, but bettors should take note of the injuries sustained at St Andrew’s.

Rangers will miss some key players, but they will at least have the return of Chris Willock, an attacking spirit, and his presence should ensure the goals keep pouring in at Carrow Road – both sides have scored in six of nine league games to Norwich home.

Norwich looked sharp last Saturday when Teemu Pukki was a constant thorn alongside Stoke, and the Finn could imagine his scoring chances against a QPR side with just two clean sheets to their name this season.
